How should I enter the Business Name during verification?
Please enter the name exactly as it appears on your uploaded document. This name will be used for invoicing purposes. For example, if you upload your drug license, use the name on that license.
What document formats are accepted for business verification?
Documents must be clear, legible, and in English. Only correctly oriented files in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .pdf formats are accepted. Handwritten documents are not permitted.
Can I modify my business verification details after submission?
Once your business verification is submitted, it may not be modified. If you need to make an update, please contact our support team.
What products can I purchase with a partially completed verification?
With a partially completed verification, you can purchase products that do not require full regulatory compliance. Regulated products require full verification completion.

What is the shelf life of products delivered by Surgestore.in?
Products with a shelf life of more than 1 year will have at least 6 months remaining upon delivery. For products with less than 1 year of shelf life, at least half the shelf life will remain upon delivery.
Do you deliver to all locations, and are there extra delivery charges?
