Which documents are required for KYC verification?
For regulated products, acceptable documents include a drug license, medical registration number, or shop and establishment certificate of your clinic, lab, or institution. For OTC products, a GST number or PAN card can also be submitted.
Can I purchase products without doing KYC?
Yes, you can purchase certain products without KYC. However, for regulated items, submitting valid business proof during checkout is mandatory.
What should I do if my valid KYC documents are not accepted?
If your valid KYC documents are not accepted, email them to jms.surgestore@gmail.com. A confirmation email will be sent once your KYC is reviewed and approved.
How should I enter the Business Name during KYC?
Enter the name exactly as it appears in your uploaded document. SurgeStore.in will use this name for invoicing. For instance, if your shop certificate is uploaded, use the shop’s name. Similarly, use the name on your drug license if applicable.
What document formats are accepted for KYC?
Documents must be clear, legible, and in English. Only correctly oriented files in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .pdf formats are accepted. Handwritten documents are not permitted.
Can I modify my KYC details after submission?
No, once your KYC is submitted, it cannot be modified.
What products can I purchase with partially completed KYC?
With partially completed KYC, you can buy all OTC products. Regulated products require full KYC completion.
Is my personal data safe during the KYC process?
Yes, your information is fully secure and will not be shared with third parties as per our privacy policy.

Yes, you can track your orders online, where you can view the tracking status and detailed updates for each product. Additionally, once your order is placed, your relationship manager will contact you to address any queries or concerns.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

What is the shelf life of products delivered by SurgeStore.in?
Products with more than 1 year of shelf life will have at least 6 months remaining at delivery. For products with less than 1 year shelf life, at least half the shelf life will remain upon delivery.
Do you deliver to all locations, and are there extra delivery charges?
Yes, we deliver Worldwide. A delivery fee is charged, which is canulated at the time of ordering, as per the choice of courier service selected by you.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available in certain locations in India. COD is limited to specific products, and eligible items will display the COD option on their product page. The entire cart must contain only COD-eligible products to use this option. An additional fee will be charged for COD orders.
Is No Cost EMI available for purchases?
Yes, No Cost EMI is available. Check your card eligibility for this option during checkout.
